MTI Enterprises LLC is a property management company for both small and medium size commercial and residential assets. The ownership group of MTI has also managed a large 30,000 square foot commercial office building in the Tukwila market. Currently we have Bed & Breakfast, residential, and vacation properties under management.

Bill and Karen Young have been managing property since 1992.
